OUR STORY
Since the creation of the Club in 1967, the Singleton Rugby Club has forged a long and proud tradition of producing quality rugby players and premiership teams.
Having produced two Wallabies, NSW Waratahs and NSW Country players in the past 25 years, the Singleton Rugby Club can safely claim to be NSW Country's best nursery for developing rugby talent.
The Singleton Rugby Club can also boast field, grandstand and Club facilities that are the envy of sporting clubs around the nation, available for the use by Club Members and the public.
Singleton Rugby Club would like to acknowledge the Wonnarua, Wanaruah people who are the traditional custodians of the land our Club is on. Our Club would also like to pay respect to Elders both past and present of the Wonnarua, Wanaruah nation and extend that respect to all other Aboriginal people.
Good Sports - is Australia’s largest community health sports program. It has been helping build strong community sporting clubs across Australia for over 20 years and Singleton Rugby Club are proud to be a Good Sports Club.
Good Sports is run by the Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF) an independent and not for profit organisation, funded by state and federal governments. The ADF is committed to building strong communities and limiting the harm caused by alcohol and other drugs.
Being part of Good Sports shows our community that Singleton Rugby Club is a welcoming place, helping to bring in and keep members and volunteers.

IS NOW OPEN FOR TRADING
To All SRC Members,
The Board of Directors of the SRC hope you and your families are safe and well.
Singleton Rugby Club is open for trading, our Club will continue working to ensure our playing groups including junior’s, women’s and senior’s, are safe and their continued well-being is of the utmost importance to our Club.
The Newcastle Hunter Rugby Union has advised that the Premier Men’s Rugby competition in 2024 will commence on Saturday 13th April.
The Club has undergone several major improvements in 2023, including our new Grandstand, Clubhouse amenities upgrade, carpark, lighting and security improvements.
Again, the Singleton Rugby Club Board of Directors would like to thank all its valued Sponsors, Supporters and Members for their continued support of our great Club and our game through the last few years.
