SRC received a Grant from Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) Community Grants Program.

We used to purchase/replace some field/club equipment.

Singleton Rugby Club (SRC) players, spectators and officials can be assured that the Club’s playing field and grounds will continue to be maintained in highest condition thanks to the Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) Community Grants Program. The SRC has received a grant from HVO to replace some of our ageing field and club maintenance equipment, this grant will assist the SRC in ensuring a safe playing environment and field surrounds for the approximate 420 locals and visitors that use Rugby Park facilities each week.

Merri Bartlett, Environment and Community Officer, Hunter Valley Operations visited the Club this week to review the equipment the Club has purchased from the Grant funding. SRC has purchased the new maintenance equipment locally from D&L Chainsaws ensuring the Clubs continued commitment in supporting local Singleton business. The Club thanks Hunter Valley Operations for their funding grant and their continued support of local sporting groups in Singleton.
