Defibrillator (AED - Cardiac Science Unit) to assist in emergency situations

What happens in the first few minutes following a sudden cardiac arrest can make the difference between life and death.

Singleton Rugby Club with the great support of Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has purchased and installed a second portable fully-automatic External Defibrillator (AED - Cardiac Science Unit) to assist in emergency situations, the club sees this as another important First Aid tool to support our playing groups, patrons and other club users. Safety is also important to ARTC in rail daily operations and assists in meeting one of the Companies Values of NO Harm.

The new AED unit is situated in the Upstairs area of the Club house.

Singleton Rugby Club’s Board of Directors would like to thank ARTC for their support in the purchase of the new AED Unit and for their continued yearly supply of ARTC water bottles for our playing group.
