The Singleton Rugby Club is currently recruiting players for 2013 season, and would like to invite you to join us in the Newcastle and Hunter Rugby Union. The Newcastle and Hunter Rugby Union is the highest standard of rugby played outside of Australian capital cities, as demonstrated by the continued dominance of Newcastle at Country level. Our Club has teams in the Premier 1, Premier 2, Premier 3, and Premier Colts competitions in the NHRU, and we are looking to strengthen each grade.
The Singleton Rugby Club has a long history of premiership success and producing representative quality players. Singleton has produced two Wallabies in the past 20 years, Steve Merrick and Josh Valentine, one of whom, Steve, is still actively involved as the Club’s First Grade Coach.
The Singleton Rugby Club is always looking to improve and build on our strengths, and as such are actively recruiting new players.
